XDP Advanced Dynamic AI Systems LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a course does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.
2Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if: • You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content • You experience a technical issue preventing access to the content • The content does not match the advertised description
3Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number 2. Describe the reason for your request 3. We will process your request within 48 business hours 4. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
4Exceptions
Refunds do not apply in the following cases: • Courses already completed or with more than 25% of content accessed • Coaching or consulting services already delivered • Requests made after the 14-day period • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless legally required)
5Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual timeline depends on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
